Delivery and Collection Information

DELIVERY

All our bouquets are designed and handcrafted by our dedicated florists, and prepared for delivery between WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY.
If you have a preferred delivery day, please let us know in the "Special instructions" box in your shopping cart, and we will do our best to accomodate.

COLLECTION

Alternatively you can collect your bouquets from our Flower Shop and Wine Bar on Askew Road. Our opening times are:
WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY
10am-10pm
Please allow at least 24 hours before collection. If you would like to arrange a specific day for collection, please leave us a message in the "Special instructions" box in your shopping cart.

The Small Print

Due to the nature of floristry, we cannot always guarantee the bouquet you will receive will look exactly as the photos, however we will use our professional judgement and experience to ensure it is still very similar, and utterly beautiful.

Floral Damages

If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, whether for local or national delivery, please contact us immediately with a photo.
Fresh items are non-refundable unless there is a problem with the bouquet.
Damages reported after 5 days cannot be refunded.
All flower refunds are at the florist’s discretion.
Please ensure blooms are cared for according to the included care card.
