Bottled only 6-8 weeks after harvesting Beaujolais Nouveau is a celebration of winemaking!
We have ordered bottles from renowned Jean-Claude Lapalu, based in Saint-Étienne-la-Varenne in the Beaujolais region since 1996 (farming organically with biodynamic practices). He is famous for his Beaujolais Nouveau because of his low intervention methods of producing natural wine; resulting in a true representation of the the Terroir and the grapes from each vintage...we cannot wait to try the 2026, and if you would like to join us in this one of a kind evening we will be celebrating his wine, alongside Jamon-Beurre & Camembert.
We have also got some bottles of Sandridge Barton "Chub" to add into the mix, compare and contrast, but also to celebrate the team at SB for joining in this incredible feat of producing a delicious wine, in such a short time period. Ultimately this means that we are acknowledging the time & effort the team have put into the vines themselves, the care for the grapes throughout the growing process and then to manage the harvest, fermentation & bottle (alongside the back-of-house logistics) to successfully bring these wines to us!

500ml Carafe of Beaujolais Nouveau to share (4 x 125ml glasses)
Tasters of Sandridge Barton "Chub" and a Beaujolais Village to compare & contrast...
Jamon-Beurre baguette + baked camembert for two (cornichons, french butter & caramelised onion chutney included)
Upon purchasing your ticket, we will be in touch directly to confirm a booking time. Tables will be available for up to 2hrs; from 5pm, last sitting at 9pm. We can accommodate group bookings of 4, 6, 8 or 10 people, please book all the tickets in one order.
Please also get in touch with us if you have dietary requirements which means you can't partake in the bread, cheese, meat, butter situation... we'll have an alternative for you but we will need to know in advance!
