Come and learn the classic Japanese flower arranging technique of Ikebana & then have the pleasure of creating your own spring flowers arrangement in that style.

Join Philippa at the Stems & Vines pop-up in the Askew Gallery for a glorious afternoon of delicate & intricate flower arranging inspired by Ikebana.

Saturday 12th April, 3-5pm

There will be a glass of Champagne on arrival, and some delicious Nibbles & British Charcuterie to welcome you as Philippa demonstrates the technique.

And as part of our “Creative Collective”, Stems & Vines have collaborated with Athene Ceramics, a local ceramicist Abi Lawrence to give you the option of UPGRADING to one of Abi’s gorgeous pinch bowls to create your arrangement in. They are utterly gorgeous and we will have a selection of Purple, Blue, White or Mud-Lark to compliment your flower selection. Normally these are priced at £32.50, but if you include one in your ticket price, you will get them for a little discount. 

If you know you’d like one of Abi’s stunning bowls you can choose that in your ticket price, and that will help to make sure we have enough of the right colours. BUT we will also have the ability to upgrade on the day.
